DataMAPt business hours are Monday - Friday 7AM to 7PM MT.
Technical support or customer service tickets can be logged at any time and will be responded to within 24 hours on business days (usually much sooner).
You can open a ticket with DataMAPt using three different methods:
1) Email - simply send an email to email@example.com. This will create a ticket in our ticket system and can be updated at any time by replying to the confirmation email, or any correspondence from DataMAPt.
2) Online - create an account here to be able to view, create, and update your tickets online.
3) DataMAPt Portal - DataMAPt users or MSPs can log tickets from the DataMAPt portal. In the DataMAPt web portal, click Support > Create a Ticket.
