How do I create a support ticket?

You can open a ticket with DataMAPt using three different methods:

1) Email - simply send an email to support@datamapt.com. This will create a ticket in our ticket system and can be updated at any time by replying to the confirmation email, or any correspondence from DataMAPt.

2) Online - create an account here to be able to view, create, and update your tickets online.

3) DataMAPt Portal - DataMAPt users or MSPs can log ticket from the DataMAPt portal. In the DataMAPt web portal, click Support > Create a Ticket.
